Product Description
Short Bow Socket is a closed spelter socket. They are produced according to EN 13411-4: 2002, RR-S-550D (type B) requirements.
They are made from high tensile, quenched and tempered cast steel, with a different chemical composition and with extremely high mechanical properties, while galvanization ensures its long-term durability. The Short Bow Socket is available for wire rope with a diameter from 50mm to 92mm.

Note:
1. Reference standard: EN 13411-4: 2002, RR-S-550D (type B).
2. The above metioned wire ropes feature 6 x 19 + IWRC, 6 x 37 (a) + IWRC, 6 x 61 (a) + IWRC and 8 x 61 (a) + IWRC construction, with 1770 MPa in tension strength.
3. The wire rope structure, tensile strength and working load limited could be customized according to customer's request.
4. Safety Factor for the wire rope sling is 5:1.
