EN 818-2 Grade 80 Alloy Steel Lifting Chain
Product Description
The Grade 80 alloy steel chains are conform to the requirements of EN818-2 standards. They are heat-treated alloy steel designed for high strength for overhead lifting applications. They're tested throughout the entire manufacturing process, and minimum proof test load is 2 times of the working load limit.
- All screw pin shackles are quenched and tempered, with high quality carbon steel shackle bows and alloy steel pins.
- Shackles bows are all hot dip galvanized, screws pins are painted yellow or customized upon request.
- Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26-2004 and RR-C-271D.
- Proof Load is 2 times of the Working Load Limit. Minimum Breaking Load is 6 times of the Working Load Limit.
